Thank you dearly for your interest in vending at the 2026 Hot Springs Gem & Mineral Show. The Local Art Entity is honored to host the 4th annual show at The Club House Hot Springs in Hot Springs National Park, AR. We are planning an exciting weekend of phenomenal vendors, live entertainment, and food truck fun!
Location: THE CLUB HOUSE HOT SPRINGS [118 Arbor Street Hot Springs, AR 71901]
Date: Friday, Saturday & Sunday [May 1st-3rd 2026]
Show Times: Friday [5-9pm] Saturday [10am-5pm] Sunday [10am - 4pm]
INDOOR Vendor Fee: $300 [Fri/Sat/Sun] *Sat & Sun required
OUTDOOR Vendor Fee: $125 [Sat & Sun] or $75/day
The 2026 HS Gem & Mineral Show INDOOR vendor fee is $300. Both Sat & Sun are required to secure an indoor vendor space. [Friday is optional.] The indoor venue space allows vendors to keep their items stored securely overnight without the need for takedown between shows on Friday and Saturday. All INDOOR spaces are set to a 3 table limit of 6ft tables. Please note below if you have various table sizes or shelving. Indoor vendors only need to bring tables. Tents are not allowed inside the venue. The venue has free chairs available for vendors to use and 6ft rectangle tables [x 10] available to rent for an additional $10 each/ per day.

INDOOR VENDOR SPACES ARE DEDICATED TO GEMS & MINERALS ONLY.
ALL ART REALMS WELCOME TO VEND IN OUTDOOR SPACES! The OUTDOOR vendor spaces are only available on Saturday & Sunday of the show. They consist of 2 parking spaces. OUTDOOR vendors must breakdown and set up daily. Tents and weights are highly recommended for outdoor booths.
Friday, May 1st is Downtown Hot Springs Gallery Walk!
Directions:
Fill out vendor form, add desired vending days to CART, then go to the CART to check-out. Registration is not complete without payment. Vendor fees are nonrefundable. The Hot Springs Gem & Mineral Show event will take place rain or shine.
